This is critical in regions with strict sovereignty requirements, providing comfort that proprly is a credible and trusted digital infrastructure and technology service provider.

All data is stored and processed within the region of implementation, unless otherwise explicitly authorised.
We utilise region-specific cloud or on-premises hosting to ensure compliance with national data sovereignty regulations.
Data is not transferred across borders unless legally permitted and with appropriate safeguards. Data which is transferred is anonolysed and only for the purpose of platform support, where service level agreements are in place.

These protections also apply to the training, deployment, and use of AI-based services, ensuring AI outputs are secure, explainable, and auditable.
